Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on patterns, needles, crochet hooks, or notions unless there was an error on our part. No returns or exchanges after 60 days. Refunds are by credit card only. No returns or exchanges on sale items, closeouts, or discontinued yarns. If the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part, we will pay all return shipping costs and new shipping costs for sending the correct item to you.
If we sent the correct yarn but you are not happy with it, you may return it or exchange it under the following conditions:
You pay the return shipping and any new shipping for exchanges.
The Needle Nook has authorized the return or exchange.
The purchase was made within 60 days.
The purchase was regular price.
You have not used the item, and it remains in excellent condition.
The label or packaging is intact.
You include the original receipt.
Appearance of yarn on your computer monitor
We have made every attempt to provide accurate graphics for the yarn, showing color, texture, and thickness. However, we cannot be responsible for how your computer monitor handles images. The display capabilities of your monitor may not represent the actual color of the yarn. Nor are the pictures actual size.
Payment
Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. Idaho residents are charged 5% sales tax. Orders outside Idaho are not charged tax. Although we make every effort to update the website, all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Quantities
In some cases, we wont have the full amount of yarn you request. (You want 10 skeins, but we only have 8, for example). At the checkout, you have the option of indicating your wishes (send what we have, wait, etc...) We will always do our best to fill orders accurately and quickly; however, the recent increased interest in knitting and crocheting frequently results in delays beyond our control. You are responsible for indicating your wishes regarding back orders, delayed orders, dye lot specifications, or any other special constraints. You may do this at the checkout page, or by calling us.
